In-Store Purchases
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only
Original receipt is required
Online Purchases
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Once approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags attached
Free of stains, odors, makeup, or deodorant
Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

Bodysuits, intimates, and swimwear
Seasonal or holiday merchandise
Return Shipping (Online Orders)
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Lavender & Lace Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Must be reported within 3 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online)
Items must remain unworn with tags attached
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit
