Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During new arrivals, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags must be attached
Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
Sale or clearance items
Accessories (jewelry, hats, handbags, etc.)
Intimates or undergarments
Refunds
Approved returns will be issued as:
Store credit (recommended for boutiques) or
Refund to original payment method (you can choose your preference)
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
